Examining how stereotypes and perceptions influence leadership and workplace outcomes

We study the stereotypes and perceptions that affect how leaders are judged, how employees are evaluated, and how inclusion is fostered or undermined across contexts. Our purpose is both scientific and practical: to build rigorous, evidence-based understanding of these dynamics while working toward equity in real-world workplaces.

Our primary goal is to understand the psychological processes that contribute to the persistence of group disparities (e.g., gender gaps) in the global workforce, not only to generate insights that advance academic knowledge but also contribute to creating more inclusive and effective organizations.
